SunLove X is a software platform that analyzes RGB and thermal imagery collected by drone and turns it into professional inspection reports compliant with the IEC 62446-3 standard. The sunlovex.com website is a marketing site that provides information about this service and forwards contact and quote requests.

Analyses, measurements, and IEC 62446-3 compliant reports generated by the platform are technical assessments and do not constitute a warranty or a definitive outcome. Final maintenance, investment, operational, and repair decisions remain solely the user's responsibility. The accuracy of analysis results depends on the quality of the uploaded imagery, the environmental conditions at the time of image capture, and the accuracy of the data provided by the user. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", and SunLove makes no warranty that analysis results are complete or error-free.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when registering for the SunLove X platform is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username, password) confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

When using our website or platform, you must not:

The drone imagery you upload to the platform, and the data derived from it, remains yours. By uploading this content, you grant SunLove a limited right to process, store, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service (such as analysis, orthophoto generation, and report preparation). SunLove does not share this content with third parties without your explicit permission.

The user represents and warrants that they hold the necessary rights of use over any imagery, thermal data, and documents uploaded to the platform. The user is solely liable for any infringement of third parties' intellectual property, personal data, or other rights arising from the uploaded content.

The software, algorithms, APIs, report templates, designs, documents, logos, and brand elements of the sunlovex.com website and the SunLove X platform, together with all other related intellectual property rights, belong to SunLove and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without SunLove's written permission.

Pricing for SunLove X depends on the engagement model you choose and the size of your site. Current pricing information is available on our pricing page or by contacting us.

SunLove reserves the right to change its pricing policy; any such changes will be communicated to users in advance.

We make reasonable efforts to provide our service without interruption or error, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The platform is provided "as is".

SunLove may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security updates, technical infrastructure work, or similar reasons. Such suspensions are announced in advance whenever possible; however, in urgent situations they may be carried out without prior notice.

The platform may include features that are still under development and offered on a beta basis. These features may be changed, removed, or contain errors without prior notice; any risk arising from the use of such features rests with the user.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SunLove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

SunLove shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform arising from events of force majeure beyond its reasonable control, including earthquakes, fires, floods, war, internet infrastructure outages, power outages, cyberattacks, and similar events.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to your account if you violate these terms. You may also request to close your account at any time.

The user may request the closure of their account. Following the closure of the account, and subject to applicable legal retention obligations, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Manisa (Salihli) have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
