KVKK Disclosure Notice

This Disclosure Notice is prepared under Article 10 of Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data SunLove processes as data controller.
Data Controller
Under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the data controller is SunLove, operating from Keli Mah. 820. Sok. No:4, Salihli / Manisa, Türkiye.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed to respond to your quote requests and contact messages, to provide, operate, and improve the SunLove X Platform, to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, to evaluate job applications, and to improve the quality of the services we provide.
Categories of Personal Data and Data Subject Groups
Different categories of personal data are processed depending on the following data subject groups:
- Website Visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and IP address
- Contact / Quote Form Submitters: full name, company name, city, email address, phone number, and site capacity
- SunLove X Platform Users: account and usage information; thermal imagery and RGB drone imagery uploaded to the platform; analysis results and technical metadata related to such imagery; GPS / location data; and reports generated by the user
- Job Applicants: resume and contact information
Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, email correspondence, and your use of the SunLove X Platform. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the data controller's legitimate interest, and your explicit consent where applicable.
To Whom and for What Purpose Your Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary for the provision of our services and within the limits set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to the following service providers and to public authorities legally entitled to request it:
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure service providers
- Data storage service providers
- Backup service providers
- Information and cyber security service providers
- Email and electronic communication service providers
- Technical support service providers
- Payment infrastructure service providers, if used in the future
Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods stipulated under applicable legislation. Once the purpose of processing no longer applies or the applicable retention period expires, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, either on our own initiative or upon your request, in accordance with SunLove's data retention and destruction policy and applicable law.
Security of Personal Data
SunLove takes all necessary technical and administrative measures, in accordance with Article 12 of KVKK, to prevent the unlawful processing of and unlawful access to the personal data it processes, and to ensure that personal data is kept securely. These measures include SSL encryption, access control, authorization mechanisms, and regular security audits.

Mandatory technical cookies are used to enable the core functions of our website and the SunLove X Platform. Where analytical or marketing cookies are used, your explicit consent is obtained where required by law. Further details are available in our Cookie Policy.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request its deletion or destruction
- Request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
How to Submit a Request
You can submit a request to exercise the rights set out above by emailing info@sunlovex.com or in writing to the data controller, SunLove, at Keli Mah. 820. Sok. No:4, Salihli / Manisa, Türkiye. Your request will be resolved as soon as possible, and in any event no later than within the legally required timeframe.
